The correct servicing and maintenance of your heating, ventilation and cooling equipment is vital to ensure that it is operated safely and efficiently. Premier Heating Services have a dedicated team of qualified and experienced engineers who will offer you a service that is second to none. We can provide a planned maintenance programme tailored to your needs to maximise the efficiency of your equipment and minimise downtime. On completion of all service work we will issue a safety certificate for your records and advise on any remedial works required; thus by setting up an annual service of your plant you will be able to demonstrate compliance with statutory regulations and legislation. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulation 35 states that:-

“It shall be the duty of every employer or self-employed person to ensure that any gas appliance, installation pipework or flue installed at any place of work under his/her control is maintained in a safe condition so as to prevent injury to any person”.

We are members of both Gas Safe and Oftec who check our competency regarding work on gas (both natural and LPG) and oil fired plant to ensure that we meet the highest standards. Additionally we are approved by the SAFEcontractor scheme, which monitors our health and safety performance. You can therefore be assured that your equipment is in safe, qualified hands.

We can offer service contracts on all types of heating plant from all manufacturers including warm air units both indirect and direct firing, radiant heating and boilers and wet heating systems. As well as servicing the actual equipment we can also undertake routine inspection and testing of gas and oil pipe work installations. In addition to planned service work we can also offer reactive maintenance and breakdown cover.

We understand the inconvenience and disruption caused for your staff and clients should your heating fail and the potential cost impact on operations and production. We offer a rapid response to all calls whether both client and non-client. Upon receipt of your call we will advise within 30 minutes, the time of arrival of the allocated engineer as all of our vehicles are GPS tracked to ensure an efficient response.
